Build a website for your business
Written by hand, line by line, around your customers and the way they actually use a phone. Your site is built for your business, not assembled from a template and handed over.
I'm Louis Montes. I design, build and host websites for small businesses across greater Cincinnati — one person, start to finish, on one fixed monthly fee. I work from Lawrenceburg, twenty-five minutes up the river, which means you get somebody close enough to shake your hand and small enough to pick up his own phone.
You will not be handed between a salesperson, a designer and whoever inherits the account next quarter. I do the design, the code, the hosting and the years afterward. When you call about a change, you are calling the person who wrote the line you want changed — and it gets done, as many times as you need, inside the same monthly fee.
A website earns its keep when the right person finds it on the day they need it. Every site I build is fast, behaves properly on a phone, and carries the groundwork underneath — structured data, location signals, clean markup — so that a search for what you do in Cincinnati has somewhere to land.

Have a site that has gone quiet, slow or out of date? I'll rebuild it into something you are glad to hand people your card over.
Local SEO foundations built in from the first line — structured data, location signals and pages that load fast — so people searching in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky find your business.
Your hosting and your domain, included in the same monthly fee, with unlimited edits and updates. You never touch the technical side, and you never get an invoice for asking.
Jim Carmichael is a commercial real estate advisor in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, across the river. We had no connection at all — no mutual friend, no referral. He searched, he found me, and he called.
He had no website, just a mockup he had paid an artist to draw and nothing built from it. The other quote in front of him ran by the hour with no telling where it stopped. I gave him one fixed monthly number with unlimited changes, and I built his mockup exactly, to the letter — then made it lead with his thinking instead of his inventory, with Book a Meeting always within reach. You can see it on my work page, or go look at the real thing.
That is the whole pitch. Somebody in this metro needed a website, went looking for someone to build it, and got one person who answers the phone. I would like to do it again.
That is the job — I am the one doing the building. You tell me about your business and I handle the design, the code, the hosting and every change after it goes live. There is no software for you to learn and nobody to hand you off to.
Yes, and it is most of what I do. Businesses across the metro come to me with a rough idea, a site that has gone stale, or nothing at all — Jim had a drawing and nothing built from it. I take it from there and stay on afterwards.
With a conversation. Tell me what you do, who you want walking through the door, and how you want the whole thing to feel. I come back with a plan and one honest number before any work begins. You will know what you are getting and what it costs before you commit to anything.
Yes, and most weeks I am in the metro anyway. Lawrenceburg is twenty-five minutes from downtown Cincinnati. I build and look after sites across Hamilton County, Northern Kentucky and the whole tri-state, and I can meet you in person when that helps.
One fixed monthly fee covers the build, your hosting, your domain and unlimited edits for as long as you are with me. No hourly rate, no invoice every time you want a change. What the fee is depends on the size of your site and how much it moves month to month, so tell me about your business and I will give you one number up front.
That is one of my favourite places to start. Jim Carmichael came to me with a visual mockup he had paid someone to draw and nothing built from it. I built it exactly, to the letter, and then made it lead with his thinking instead of his inventory. A sketch, a screenshot of a site you like, or a description out loud is plenty.
Yes. Every site I build ships with the groundwork — fast pages, structured data, clean markup and real location signals — so that when someone in Cincinnati searches for what you do, there is something for Google to find. It is the same work that brought you to this page.
Tell me what you do and how you want it to feel. You'll get a real conversation, a plan, and one honest number — before anything begins.
